Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements. Utilize data analysis and statistical methods to identify and troubleshoot process issues. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions. Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in manufacturing processes. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in manufacturing and process development. Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, and management. Maintain accurate and organized records of process development and improvement projects. Prepare and present reports and presentations on process development progress and results. Adhere to project timelines and meet project deliverables.
